VIVA LA LEASIDE Festival Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By attending the VIVA LA LEASIDE Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend the festival.

2. Festival Rules

1. Respect for others: Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor towards all attendees, staff, and vendors. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival grounds.
2. Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by festival staff. Be mindful of your surroundings and take precautions to avoid accidents.
3. No prohibited items: No weapons, illegal substances, or other prohibited items are permitted on the festival grounds. Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the festival.
4. Photography and recording: Photography and recording of events may be permitted, but respect the rights of others and do not infringe on their privacy.
5. Lost and Found: Lost and found items will be handled by festival staff. Please contact the designated staff member if you have lost or found an item.

3. Liability

The festival organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from your attendance at the festival. By attending, you acknowledge and accept this liability.

4. Changes to Terms

The festival organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the festival website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
